Andrew T. Miller - Steinway Artist/Composer

Mr. Miller is active as a composer, conductor, pianist, and soloist. He has held musical posts including Music & Artistic Director and Composer-In-Residence for several Greater Seattle area groups.

Mr. Miller has numerous musical recording credits to his name including:

An arrangement of Danny Boy, which was included in National Geographic’s Destination Ireland compilation CD.
• The album In Love With Santa, which achieved platinum album status in 2003.
• Two full-scale musical theater productions:
  • The Prodigal, which was presented to sold-out audiences in spring of 2003 and is planned to open on Broadway in the 2008-2009 season.
  • The Legend of Pandora, commissioned by Puget Sound Musical Theater and which is currently being evaluated for a run in Los Angeles.
• The contemporary cantata, The Birth of Christ, recorded in Dublin Ireland and now being released by Sony BMG on November 6, 2007.
• The Answer, written for hurricane Katrina relief and performed by soloist John B. Cooper and members of both the Seattle Symphony and the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra.
• Musical Director for the Christian contemporary group, CrossWind. Recordings from this group include Manic Faith, We stand Together, Meditational Rosary, and 2nd Wind.

Mr. Miller continues to receive local and national writing commissions. He is currently working on his debut solo piano album, Twilight Rendezvous.

Mr. Miller is also working on The Passion and Resurrection, which will debut in Spring of 2009.

Mr. Miller has spoken around the country and is available for school, corporate, and public events.
